Diesel filtration

DIESEL FILTRACTION ISO 11/8/7

ULTRA CLEAN & DRY

MORE HORSEPOWER

– ISO 4406 defines fuel purity
– K.F. method determines water/emulsion content
– OEMs have defined an ISO 18/16/13 and 200 ppm water
as maximum limit
– The Optimum at the injector is ISO 11/8/7 & below 100 ppm
Conclusion: the cleaner and drier the fuel is, the greater
economical, technical and environmental benefits.

DIESEL ISO 11/8/7 BENEFITS

Lubricant

The life extension of the oil, as a consequence of the life extension of the engine. No more corrective oil change, always preventive.

Injector dosification

The incorrect dossification of the injector generates power loss and increased fuel consumption up to 5% diesel iso 11/8/7 will increase the life time of the injection system up to 5x.

Compressor

Contaminated diesel will increase wear in the liners. Up to 7% of power loss in the time of the engine due to premature compression loss. 3X life extension of the engine.

DPF

5X life extension of the diesel particulate filters. Less pressure drop-less fuel consumption.

Conventional fuel filters

Fuel conventional filters life extension up to 10X (depending of fuel filter type).
